What we have here is two younger string players who have come out of the gates at the top of their game. The combination of Robert’s tuneful fingerpicking with Ryan’s take on the improvisation inherent in indian classical music is a match made in heaven. Like mint ice cream and chocolate chips. Sweet, a microsecond of unexpected hard-to-place flavor, then a refreshing finish. I have NO doubt these two will have more to offer us in the future.
